The largest turnout ever for a club stag affair, 115 alumni and fathers of undergraduates, showed up at the Barclay Hotel on Tuesday evening, March 3, for our 57th Annual Meeting. President Dickey was the featured speaker and brought home to us just how much educationally is going on in Hanover during the summer.

The President directed particular attention to this summer's two new projects, the "ABC" program to prepare underprivileged boys for prep school, which hopefully can then prepare them for college, and the Alumni College. By the time you read this, the latter will undoubtedly be sold out.

Highlights of the business meeting were the election of new officers and the adoption of a new Club constitution. The latter is designed to enable us to obtain federal tax status which will make dues tax deductible, as well as to update and fill in a few loopholes in our previous constitution and by-laws.

Veep Tom Malcolm '54 takes over the president's gavel from Rev. Jim McElroy'31. Perennial secretary Russ Dilks '51 moves up to vice-president. Two new faces are Secretary Dave Steinberg '55 and Treasurer Russ McAlpine '59. Elected to two- year terms as executive committee members- at-large were "Buz" Latimer '35 and BurtProom '49 (Burt was re-elected). Art Judson'52 and Bob Clothier '58 each have another year to go on their terms as members-at- large.

The champagne attendance prize for the class with the most members present went to 1951 with eight men on hand. The accompanying cup was noteworthy by its absence. Will the member of 1928 or 1942 who took it home last year please bring it back?

Alumni Councilor Vic Smith 'l7 presided over a well attended class agents' workshop prior to cocktails and dinner. Panelists for the discussion were Clif Jordan '45 and Charlie Breed '5l from the college staff and local agents Dick Lippman '42, Dave Steinberg '55, and "Dutch" Schroedel '25. Alumni Fund Chairman Charley Moore '25 spoke briefly to the agents and also at the dinner.

Our next major event, which will probably be in the past by the time you read this, is the Glee Club Concert on Friday evening, April 3. We hope that you'll be hanging from the rafters at the Germantown Cricket Club that evening so that we clear enough profit to make a sizable contribution to our Club Scholarship Fund.
