In late December, the directors of the Winchester Trust Company announced the election of Austy Baker as vice president of that bank. Austy goes to his new position after several years as a vice president of the Wellesley National Bank which was recently acquired by the South Shore National Bank of Quincy. Since entering the banking business, Austy has graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. At last report the Bakers were still living in Wellesley, but are planning a move to Winchester.

Bill Cashel who has been vice president and general manager of Bell Telephone's Central Pennsylvania area since May 1965 was recently elected to the position of vice president of operations of the Bell Telephone Company of Pennsylvania and the Diamond State Telephone Company of Delaware.

Bob Thomas is off and running with the 1968 Alumni Fund hoping to duplicate or better his 1967 record when the Class contributed over $61,000 and ranked fourth among all classes in the College. Bob is hard at work recruiting assistant class agents. Any of you who have been approached and have not sent in your replies, please do so at once so Bob can get his campaign underway as rapidly as possible. Also, Bob would be more than happy to welcome as assistant class agents any of you who might wish to volunteer. For your information, his address is 942 Woodcrest Road, Abington, Pa. 19001.
