Anyone out there looking for some architects with a novel approach? RobbiCox heads up the Environmental Design Collaborative with offices in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The Collaborative consists of a small group of architects, urban designers, and regional planners who are committed to the solution of environmental problems by using the team approach. Robbie became president of the Collaborative in January and prior to that was associated with a large architectural firm in Philadelphia. Robbie somehow finds the time to lecture and instruct in Architectural Design at the Graduate School of Fine Arts at the University of Pa. While Robbie is out earning the bread, wife Meredith has a full time job in their Chestnut Hill, Pa., home with Cameron (4) and Todd (2). Wonder if Todd's fast ball is better than his old man's?

Our representation in the academic world grows yearly. Johann Moser is busy teaching English at St. Anselm's College in nearby Manchester. Johann holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Catholic University where he was a teaching assistant. Wonder if the "Union Leader" is required reading? Salem State College in Massachusetts added Bill Mahaney to its English faculty. Bill previously had taught at Ohio State (where he received his Ph.D.) and the University of Maryland. Bill is living in Melrose and promises to take time off from working on his publications and book to say hello.
Anyone looking for some answers as to why it was necessary to include Laos in our present sphere of influence might contact Day Mount who has been commissioned as a Foreign Service officer by the President, and is headed either to the State Department or to a U.S. Embassy or consulate.
In the midst of so many great concerns now existing the question of Dartmouth coeducation hardly seems to merit so much attention. However it does make for interesting discussion. I hope all of you read Dudley Orr's report in the February Issue of the Mag. My information is that some definite decision is due at the trustees' meeting in April. Somehow those long winter nights just won't be the same. See you in the spring.
