The mail box hasn't been burdened by your letters lately. In fact only the few Christmas cards that trickled in have supplied me with this month's column. With June just a short time off, why not send on some word of your intentions. We promise you lots of ink.

From the Cleveland area comes word of Ellen and Jay Moyer. Ellen didn't add much to the card, but did say they would be heading for Hanover for the 10th. That should stir up Dave Gundy who is batching it up on Charles St. in Boston while he spends his other time at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital.

Still hopping around are Diane andKent Morton who are now located in Clearwater, Fla., Kent having been transferred by Kodak from Knoxville. The Mortons are still hitting the bridge table steadily and are hoping to round up a few more card-loving couples in Clearwater. It's hard to believe that son J.C. is now 8½. Daughter Mary Jane (3) holds her own according to Diane. Incidentally there is an open invitation to all 62's to visit the Mortons in Florida. Wonder if that includes the 5 Hoovers trying to escape the March blahs of New Hampshire. The Mortons will follow the sun North for the reunion.

Our President Dick Hofmann moved out to Chicago last year, courtesy of Continental Can. Joan writes that the family has enjoyed the change. They'll also be making the spring trek back to N. H.

Chris and Steve Martindale sent on their annual note. Child number three is due this leap year and will join Tim (5) and Vicky (3). They did manage to make the Princeton game and report they see Betsey and Ted Mascott and Jeanne andJohn Bousum quite often. All are hopeful of making the reunion. My special thanks to Jan and Jim Murar for their card. Robbi, Mandy and Lisa make the Murar family a full one.

Heading for the East and the bash from Omaha will be Patty and Woody Bradford. Bringing the boys, Woody? If so, maybe you can stack them up with Jamie, Will and Ben, sons of Betsy and GarySpiess.

The old Class secretary Paul Weinberg is looking forward to the 10th, particularly since he couldn't make the sth. Paul is still sharpening his legal tools and is now attending the Advanced Course of the Judge Advocates General's School at the University of Virginia Law School. Paul expects to be heading for Kaisenslautern, Germany this summer following the completion of the course and his Hanover visit.

A dandy twosome headed for New England in June is Chuck Preuss and PhilMeyer. For Phil, it's also the 10th anniversary of another famous coast to coast trip.

Sprinkled in with all the holiday mail was a notice from WABC-TV in New York City listing the Emmy nominations it received. Of the four nominated from that station, one was a production of HowardWeinberg's. And in December, "Scoundrels, Scalawags and Saviors; The Good Old Days at City Hall," Paul's work was selected for the Emmy award in New York.

Let's put the pen to paper and give me something to do during our long nights this winter.
