Peter Nessen has a good deal going in Boston. A year ago, Peter and his brother founded The March Company which ferrets out and packages real estate tax shelter investments in federally subsidized housing projects. Peter has already put together several limited partnership ventures—the minimum per-investor share in such ventures is $20,000. Peter was formerly with Price-Waterhouse in New York.
Richard Perkins is executive vice president of Land/Vest, Inc., in Boston. Dick has been the man most responsible for the recent public offering by that firm of $4,000,000 of limited partnership interests in undeveloped or "raw" land in New England. Such an offering is apparently quite unique in the real estate field and Dick has labored for well over a year with attorneys, underwriters and S.E.C. officials to prepare the offering. Among other projects, Land/Vest is involved in a new condominium complex at Crotched Mountain in Francestown. N. H.
