Happy St. Patricks Day - even though you may be reading this a few days after the festive occasion for the "wearing of the Green." I might better wish you a Happy and Early Spring (starting officially March 21) as these notes are being typed on Ground Hog Day (February 2) and the forecast fortunately is for less than six more weeks of winter weather, according to the Punxsutawney, Pa., Ground Hog Club. Good luck wherever you are!
