As of St. Valentine's Day, when these notes are written, the "hope to attend" responses on our 70th Reunion are not too encouraging, but we are hopeful that the second call and the coming of soring; will add to our number.

A note from Nate Whiteside's son Peter brings unwelcome news of both the elder Whitesides' housebound condition. LeoUngar, uncertain whether he and Alice can come to Hanover in June (but hopeful), thinks it would be a good idea for classmates to receive a list of names and addresses of "survivors." We hope to follow up on this with the Alumni Office. Harriet Sinclair of the Hermitage, Onancook, Va., sending regrets, includes news of the activities of a delightful teenage great-granddaughter.

Hope Frey has forwarded a good letter from Harriet Miller Hight, with news of the flourishing Miller family. If she attends Don Hight's 60th reunion in June, we hope she can look in on our 70th too! GinnyBowen writes of a September tour around the Black Sea —with stops in Romania and Bulgaria, of all places!

Dear members of the 1920 family, it will be June before we know it!
