You were represented at the Class Officers meetings in Hanover on May 3 and 4 by John and Laura Remsen, Bill and Sara Terry, Bob and Mildred Conant and Warde Wilkins. More details later, here and in the News Letter.

Harv McClary, retired, now is back in business, but as president of the Cedar Rapids Building and Loan Association, but says he is beginning to think of the 45th. Most of the reservations in Hanover have now been made so as to have what we want when the committee starts planning.

Mr. and Mrs. Rockwood S. Edwards, were in Portland, Ore., in March for the announcement the Rt. Rev. and Mrs. James W. F. Carman made, at a tea in their home, of the engagement of their daughter Catherine to Eddie's son, Stephen W. Edwards. Miss Carman is a junior at the University of Oregon from which Stephen will graduate this June.

Doc Willis is back home fron another hospitalization and at the office until early afternoon each day. He was able to attend Sherm Saltmarshes' salmon luncheon at Pattens this year with the group of '14, '15 and a good sprinkling of '13ers.

Walter C. Hursh has retired to 78 Highlands Street, Hyannis, Mass.

Harold C. McAllister, 33rd degree active Member of the Supreme Council, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite for New Hampshire, attended the 93rd Conclave in Nashua April 22. Harold is back in his office at the New Hampshire Fire Insurance Co. home office.

Joseph P. "Jiggs" Donahue was written up in "Sampascoopies" by Charles G. Sampas in the Lowell Evening Sun. Barrister Donahue is a year-round baseball fan, which does not surprise any Thirteeners.

Ed Stiles writes from Nelson, British Columbia, after reading Carl Shumway's ski appeal:

"Phyl, my wife and I spent two months in Austria skiing two years ago. We went back last summer with the intentions of staying in Austria until now but returned for Christmas after four pleasant months touring Denmark, through Germany, back and fourth in Austria, a little of Switzerland, Merano, Italy, a month in Innsbruck, where I got one day skiing, and back home to drive 60 miles and back every weekend for skiing on our chairlift at Rossland, B. C.

"Our oldest son Edwin H. (Bill) is a salesman for Joy Mfg. Co.; out of Vancouver, B. C. Next son, Peter is a mining engineer at the Butaunea Mine of Howe Sound Co.; Ruth, youngest daugh- ter is a Lab. Technician in Spokane, Wash. Inez, the eldest is married, Mrs. Rasmussen, and living in Denmark."
