Thank you for your news, much of it noted on the back of class dues forms. The volume of the news lends itself to a geographical breakdown of sorts in this and the March column.

California: Richard Farrand is a brand manager for the Clorox Company in Oakland and lives in Lafayette with wife Karen and two children. Parker and Ann Beverage are in Stanford where Parker is working on a doctorate in higher education administration. He spent summer of '76 teaching at the Naval OCS in Newport. R.I., and visited Bill and Ann Geery in St Paul, Minn., on the way home. Bill Ferrier of the IRS and Santa Clara has bought a house in San Jose, plans a trip to Italy next fall and adds that the presence of Dartmouth coeds at an alumni gathering in San Francisco was a real treat. Ron Cordova of Lake Forest, deputy district attorney for Orange County for the past four years, has joined the California state legislature as the first Democratic assemblyman from the 74th district (Newport Beach, San Ciemente. Oceanside). Ron and Mariann have a young daughter and Mariann works as director of Barbizon Modeling. Paul and KathyFitzgerald of San Francisco took a lengthy tour of the Orient which included a visit with Yoshi Nakamura, who took them to a Dartmouth alumni banquet in Tokyo no less! Dr. Fitz has been awarded a fellowship in endocrinology at University of California Moffitt Hospital ... Jim Naughton is at Moffitt also, as a renal fellow. Nearby neighbors are Dan and Diana Bort. Dan is a lawyer in San Francisco.

Illinois: Tom Stonecipher, an attorney with Sidley and Austin in Chicago, claims that Illinois winters have the brutality of Hanover winters without the latter's beauty. Tom attended the wedding of John and Jeannie Russell last May . . . also on hand were Bob and Candy Queeny and Billy Stohl. Dr. Dick Inwood of Glenview specializes in new-born babies at the Children's Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University. Dr. Roger Gutner of Chicago is a cardiology fellow at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital. Fred Glickman is an associate at the Chicago law firm of Abrahams, Chapman and Roin, and is engaged to be married in the spring. Jon and Rosemary Reich reside in Oak Park with three children. For those who think a career of a religious nature would be a breeze, see if you can handle this: he is assistant area director for the American Jewish Committee; director, Chicago Institute for Interreligious Research; director, Chicago Interreligious Task Force on Soviet Jewry; appointee, general board of the Chicago Conference on Religion and Race; appointee, advisory board of Clergy and Laify Concerned (CALC)! Richard and Gloria Wottrich live on the north side of Chicago in Northbrook with daughter Kelly and son Scott. Rick recently became a CLU and is sales manager in Chicago for the Canada Life Assurance Company of Toronto.

Massachusetts: Dick Seiler, M.D., is in private practice in internal medicine, Agawam. John Pilling and wife Francine Pennino are in Boston. John is with the Cambridge 4 and working on graphics for the Atlanta subway system. Francine is a banker dealing with troubled real estate loans and reports that Richard and Channa Eberhart have moved to Berkley, Calif., where the bear is working on a Ph.D. and Channa is an investment advisor. Don and Emmy Clausing and three little Clausings are in Northampton where Don pilots a Twin Comanche in charter and Emmy interviews for Smith. Bill Clark of East Pepperell is working on his marathon running and reports that he ran the 12-mile section of the Dartmouth Med. School marathon last fall, while Dan Hedges of Texas ran the full marathon in his best time evei"! Ronald and Janet Weiss of Longmeadow have a daughter Emily. Eric Jones is manager and travel consultant of the QuinWell Travel Service Inc. in Quincy.

New York City: Jim Smith was married to Ammie Lee of Atlanta on December 11. Ammie has been working for Delta Airlines and Jim is an attorney with a mid-town law firm. Dr. Tom Goss and wife Ann are here until July while Tom completes a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at New York Orthopedic Hospital. After that, it's the U.S. Navy, destination currently unknown. Larry and Sol Hall are expecting their second child in April. Larry is with Chemical Bank and Sol a head nurse in Ob-Gyn at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. RichDuMoulin will be taking next summer off from his work at Ogden Marine, to navigate the Enterprise in the America's Cup trials. AndrewWinter is assigned to the U.S. mission to the United Nations as senior advisor for administrative affairs. Andy joined the Foreign Service in 1970 upon completion of the M.B.A. program at Columbia. He served in Quito, Ecuador, and in the State Department prior to the U.N. assignment. He is married to the former Faith Woodlock. Peter and Mady Brown have a cooking school in their apartment! Mady teaches an introduction to gourmet cooking and coverage of her efforts has appeared in the New York Times and in Apartment Life magazine. Peter is an attorney with Solinger and Gordon, a firm which represents, among others, several major New York department stores. Peter reports on other lawyers: Jon Axelrod with the national office of the Teamsters Union and Steve Fast practicing law in Hartford.
