The winterhas been a fruitful and productive season for many '9os and I (Bill Levin) am honored to continue to share the news with you.

Craig Nolan is states attorney for Washington County (Montpelier, Waterbury, Sugarbush, etc.), Vermont's third largest county. Craig writes, "I will seek election this fall 2006 for a new four-year term that begins February 2007. Kasie (Henderson Nolan), Shelby and I moved to Waterbury in March 2005 due to the new job. Kasie and Shelby commute 20 minutes north to the Bishop Marshall School, where Kasie teaches middle school English and Shelby attends third grade."

Still savoring the UT football season, Lou Mabley is "in Austin, Texas, working for The Man—here that is Michael Dell. I have been at Dell about a year and frequently run into fellow '90 Sam Burd, who works in product development. My wife and I have two kids, Christopher (5) and Jack (1)."

Also in Austin, Andy Seitz and his wife Jana, welcomed their second child, Kate, on January 18. Andy scribes, "We also have a son, Joe, who will be 3 in a couple of weeks. The last time I wrote to the class was when Joe was born, three years ago, and I was just getting golf512.com started. Golf 512 operates like an Expedia or Travelocity for golf courses in Austin. The business was started in Phoenix to sell the unused tee times at the resorts to the local public. I licensed the technology and now sell tee times for 25 golf courses in Austin. I hope to expand into San Antonio this year."

I contacted Tom Parker, not only for an update, but also to inquire about Tom Kean's run for U.S. Senate from New Jersey. Tom will be running unopposed in the Republican primary and will face the incumbent, Senator Bob Menendez (D) in November. Tom notes, "I think that his campaign is going great—and that he has a great chance to win. Dave Yaccino and I did a short campaign to raise some funds for him from our '90 Psi Upsilon class—but it would be great to make sure the entire class is aware and has a chance to support his efforts." (Secretary's Note: Please go to www.tomkean.com to find out ways in which our entire class can support our first '90 candidate for U.S. Senate!)

Tom continues, "Regarding the Dartmouth crowd in Miami—I had dinner with Nick Stanham last night. Nick is healthy and happy, has a great wife and two children and a flourishing law practice. I also speak to Lance Geller and Harris Siskind every once in a whileboth are happy and healthy and attorneys in Miami. As for me, I am working as general counsel for a small outdoor furniture manufacturing company."

Not all that far from the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C., Steve Wydler "lives in McLean, Virginia, with my wife, Anne, and two daughters (Bailey, 2, and Ivy Jane, born January 23). I left an in-house legal position with AOL three years ago to become a residential real estate agent and form the Wydler Brothers Realty Team with my brother Hans. I frequently see Dave Sherwood (three kids), Steve Trundle (three kids), and Jeff Bedell (five kids with one on the way!), who all live in the D.C. Metro area."

Thanks to all for filling our inboxes. I now pass the baton and unused news items back to my co-scribe Brad Drazen for the next column. If you get through Boston, let me know, drinks will be on me.
