"Here we go, 'round agin" ... but first, a reminder to save JUNE 17-19 for our "really big" FIFTH. There's plenty of time left to juggle the vacation schedule and start saving the pennies so we'll have a big turnout. Hart Perry will be in touch with you all concerning the final details.

A recent news release from Indiana University carried word that Harry Guenther recently received the highest honor bestowed upon business students - membership in Beta Gamma Sigma scholastic honorary society. Harry, who is an assistant professor in finance at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, completed the requirements for a doctor of business administration degree at Indiana in September, 1959.

A brief, chance meeting with Julie Klein in front of the Dartmouth Club a few months back prompted a note from him concerning his most recent activities. Julie completed his tour of duty with the Navy in July '57. He attained the rank of Lt. (jg) while serving on the "USS TARAWA," an anti-sub-marine carrier. CBS Television News Shows employed Julie for about a year as a program assistant. He then went on to better things with the Music Corporation of America where he is manager of the film department in New York, handling the sale of such telefilms as "Wagon Train," "Alfred Hitchcock Presents," and the "General Electric Theater" (for which the Class of Fifty-Five Association of Tube-Watchers is eternally grateful).

Al Fairbanks and Greg Knowles were on hand for Dick Aberle's recent marriage to Sally Krick of Wayne, Pa. Sally's a Colby Junior alumna and a graduate of the Shipley School. Ralph Sautter and Marie Ehnes were married on December 26, in Seekonk, R.I. Larry Veator and Neal Hendry '54 were ushers. George Cassels-Smith and Jeremy Brown recently announced their engagement. Jeremy is a Goucher alumna and a native of Rye, New York.

Ray Durkee and Mary Root have made plans for a summer wedding this year. Mary graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University at Delaware, Ohio last June. She's currently employed as a research assistant in Pharmacology at Parke, Davis and Co. in Detroit. Ray is still with Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wis., now as head of the Operating Personnel Section. Bob Fixter and Marjorie Wynn will marry this coming spring. Marjorie is an alumna of Pine Manor Junior College.

Good news for the Bob Sherburnes - Tadmor Randall made his entry into the world on September 19, 1959. Bob and Betsy are now blessed with three boys — Bob Jr., Miles and young Tad - all reunion-bound, I might add.

Now for some quick miscellaney: Lt. Jim Flemming recently qualified as a carrier pilot after making eight successful landings aboard the "USS Antietam" in the Gulf. Jim's at the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station. (Ed.'s Note: I have taken the above, word for word, from a Navy news release. A more truthful account might be that Jim "survived eight controlled crashes" - at least that's MY impression of carrier landings.) John Bassette is manager of the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. in Claremont, N. H. Dick Gardner is a chemist with the Hercules Powder Co. in Wilmington, Del. Roy Pfeil is in Advertising Branch Management with Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bill Bickford is an industrial engineering aide at Philco in Philadelphia.

Well, again we're a little "skosh" on news. Communication of any type is welcome. REMEMBER JUNE 17-19. So long 'til next month.
