I am writing this February issue for the Alumni Book while watching the snow pile high, thanks to a furious northeaster, which shows promise of dropping fourteen inches plus of the wet white stuff before morning. It is not good for business, but my nine kids are sure happy at the thought of school cancellations and romping through the drifts.
Speaking of kids, the Coeducational Proposal from our Alma Mater is getting some pretty fair publicity - no offence to the females meant; however, I for one would not be happy to see mini skirts flitting through the hallowed halls. The poor professors could not hope to overcome the tremendous distractions caused by rising skirts. And how would the ancient and dishonorable art of Date Snaking survive under the Coeducational system. I again say that the undergraduates should suffer in silence - sorry, ladies.
